Heavy Music Awards 2023 Winners Announced

The winners of the Heavy Music Awards 2023 have been unveiled at a record-breaking event at London’s OVO Arena Wembley in front of almost 5,000 fans, artists and industry.

The awards ceremony was punctuated by incendiary live sets by Vukovi featuring Scene Queen, Creeper, Boston Manor, Underoath, Loathe, and Halestorm’s Lzzy and Joe performing an acoustic set alongside guitar virtuoso Sophie Lloyd.

Hosted by Alex Baker, the show - the biggest rock awards event in history - crowned a total of 17 winners across an eclectic mix of categories that recognised a wide range emerging and established talent.
